A recording of the Make Complaints Count webinar held on 10 September 2020. The webinar explored the new Complaint Standards Framework and the positive impact it will have on the NHS complaints process.

The panel also answered questions about the Framework from webinar attendees. The consultation on the Complaint Standards ends at 5pm on 18 September 2020.
