Electronics Engineering and Computer engineering are so close related because both are subdiscipline of electrical engineering. It is better to get a good grasp of electronics engineering first before turn into computer engineering. While EE and CE are close, but Computer Science are a bit far from those two since there is no physics in CS

A person with a computer engineering degree can work as a electronic engineer they do the same fundamental course and then branch off in to there specialization and a EE can easily become a CE by picking programming course and computer architecture because both course you do embedded and microprocessor systems. EE is more general purpose while CE focus on building computer systems. CE would just need to do a power system and a EE pick up software and computer architecture course and trust me you will make lots of money and can apply to any EE or CE even IT

The Trinity study concluded that a 4% withdrawal rate on 50/50 stock/bond mix was good for a period of 30 years, NOT in perpetuity. For periods over 30 years, the success rate drops quite a bit. In addition, your specific retirement date will dictate your SORR and hence the likelihood of success. You're better off shooting for a lower withdrawal rate (3-3.5%) if you intend for this money to last forever.

I believe that Mechanical Engineering is a bit harder than computer Engineering, while the classic electrical engineering major is a little bit harder than mechanical engineering.
@Jimmy247204 ай бұрын
I think mechanical engineering could be a little bit harder than computer engineering, Its more technical with heavy load of advanced math, and many theoretical concepts in thermodynamics or fluid mechanics.not to mention the complicated mechanical drawings. Also mechanical engineers they have electrical engineering courser as well such as circuits, electronics, electrical machines and mechatronics

Wow, making 120k+ and taking home $850 is amazing. You're doing great making the big bucks and having next to zero living expenses. Keep it up and you'll get ahead in life for the long term. I truly mean that; advantage yourself in life. HOWEVER DO NOT PRETEND THAT THIS IS NORMAL. THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE PAY MORE IN BASE LIVING EXPENSE THAN YOU TAKE HOME. This video is insulting and exploitive.

You can’t put 5k in 401k every month, not sure how the plan allowed you to do this. 401k has limits for your contributions per year. I believe it is 23k this year. All the excess, you will have to withdraw and pay taxes. You can also open IRA and put 7k per year in there.

most places will let you contribute up to 80 %. but only up to the 23000 limit.

Wouldn't your salary need to be 189,202 for your paychecks to be that size? Unless you're not getting paid by weekly. Even by monthly you would be making 174,000.

Disagree with this video. I understand what you’re saying but no. Computer Engineering is newer. It began as a more difficult degree. Your information is outdated. Nowadays, It’s not that difficult to figure out the problem. The technicalities have been figured out. Mechanical Engineering has been around for a long time. It’s also not all “physical”. There’s chemistry, Electrical, Fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, courses which aren’t easy. I find graduating with a Bachelor’s of science in Computer engineering to be easier than Mechanical Engineering.

cool vid. Im actually studying an uncommon type of engineering which is called manufacturing engineering in my 3rd yr today. specialized in robotics and mechantronics. pretty chill compared to other engineering degrees. I wouldn't say its the hardest. But you can learn a lot of interesting stuff like CNC, lathe machines, milling, welding, AI and robotics and etc.. very broad.

And remember, of all that 401k money, you will end up paying taxes on it when you make your RMDs in the future. It is GOVERNMENT that is the cause of your inability to afford anything anymore!!!!!

Why contribute that much in one paycheck to a 401k you can only contribute 23k a year. You're going to be missing out on future matching contributions once you hit for the year.
@demef7584 ай бұрын
Don't worry, government will be there in the future with its hand out (and a gun in the other hand to force payment) to take a very large percentage of it when you make your RMD withdrawals.
