I like the 'Caring Mum' vs the 'Critical Dad' approach and the anti-theft coathanger example and the policy focus on the 1% non-performers. Good presentation Lucy.

Lucy, this is a great keynote talk. I really couldn't agree more. As HR & Business Leaders we will never get a better opportunity to step up and put this critical issues on the agenda, which includes designing and implementing modern HR practices and policies that promote and support great relationships and connect with people at a human level.
