Hi~ thanks for the awesome idea! I also have space restrictions. Did you ever end up mounting the table onto the Rigid miter saw stand? Could you share your final results? I also use the 10” craftsman table saw table as my welding table. Looking for solution for storage. This sounds like a perfect solution. I thought about building my own, but material alone will cost me more than this stand.

sounds like the cleaning pin part is missing. Be careful you don't unscrew it all the way - it might spray pressurized gasoline out, and cause a big fire! Get it properly serviced. By the way I like my SVEA better that the propane canister stoves of today, even if it is somewhat heavier. SVEA always can provide plenty of heat, even for bigger pans, like a 12 inch cast iron skillet. It also runs great in very cold weather that will stop the butane/propane stoves.

I've got a Casio unit aux into a Bluetooth dongle & mounted a USB charger. The only thing that sux is having the BT dongle sticking out the dash. I'd like to mount it all inside the tape deck. I think the power for the tape drive motor might be a good power supply for the BT dongle 🤷

I’m working on my friends Honda gold wing 1990 special edition and the back brake piston are bad and not moving freely and one of them is like welded in and not moving I believe they heated up and expanded so in order to fix that is to get new piston’s and new piston seals and do a full overhaul on it to make them work properly
@linkmasters535
@linkmasters535 4 ай бұрын
And if I can get the piston to come out a little bit more I can get my vice grips on it to make it easier to come out of the brake caliper

It looks like these parts have seen no maintenance since the bike left the factory. Maybe get a good workshop manual, it will guide you re service intervals, lubricants etc.

Two thoughts; you could rotate that shaft 180 degrees and most likely it will remove half of the movement in it. Or you can oversize the holes and install an oversized shaft, or oversize them and install bronze or oilite bushings in all four holes and use the new shaft you bought.

I sure hope that's not my issue. I can't afford to have that fixed and I'm not skilled enough to try it myself. I have a video up if anyone wants to hear the knocking I'm dealing with. I know it's not the oil nor starter as they both have been replaced.

Yes, Put a jack under the control arm with the torsion spring. Then pry up on the tire. Test the uppers with the wheel off and the suspension extended. Try to pry down on the upper. Odds are you need all 4 Also check the idler arm. If it moves when you lift up and down, it’s loose. Pitman Arm is less common, but still common. They fixed the design in 04
