I can't remember exactly what I said haha probably that I've heard the weather is really unreliable and it gets pretty cold in the winter!

Those plovers are called masked lapwings now. They re-classified them because they aren't actually part of the plover family. They lay their eggs on open ground in fields in small clutches of 2 or 3 eggs. So during the mating season they dive at anything that gets in the vicinity of their eggs. Goannas eat birds eggs all the time so plovers eggs on the ground would be very tempting.

Lol i guess im kinda spoilt i grew up in Frankston and spent a lot of time surfing around the Mornington peninsula to me the Frankston beach is kinda Meh and it still amazes me that people from overseas go nuts about our beaches ,I mentioned to my wife ( she is from the US ) that i was watching your vid and couldnt understand what it is about our beaches she said try find a video of a California or Florida beach that they are dirty and crowded she loved Frankston beach and Sorrento back beach as they were clean and not crowded .We now live on the Victoria and NSW border and enjoy travelling 15 minutes to go camping on the Murray river .enjoying your vlogs so far keep it up :)

I liver in California for a while and I loved the beaches there too but most beaches arw better then the beaches in the UK hahaha- we only have a couple nice ones and when we get good weather (which isn't often) they are soooooo crowded

Me and my wife are moving to california on September. Our visa will be sponsored by my company. I will be on a salary of 155k. Is this enough for two people ? We going to america to save money but recently I have got mixed messages around bills and everyday living expenses. I know the rent is higher than london but not sure about the rest ?

I'm not the right person to ask - I moved there on an au pair visa where all my accommodation, food and car was included then I earned a small weekly allowance so it wasn't a regular lifestyle

I never asked him that but he used to have a lot European brochures all over the house. To be honest since he was the contiki expert and he knew that I like to travel solo. He never offered me anything. He just talked of how much he liked to work there this was a few years ago. @@bexeaton
