Kinda sucks because it's impossible to afford anymore, but all Asian adoptees who grew up in a "white" neighborhood should move to Hawaii for 4 years. Nothing makes your life easier to be in a mix of people that is entirely Asian with zillions of different mixes and multi-generational.

That's lame. I never got bullied. I tended to float in the 2nd tier of kids. Kinda cool, but not the super cool kids. But, most of the tiers got along regardless. My friends always stuck up for me around strangers if people said anything. Although I never attended the same school as my brother (he was in middle school when I was in elementary etc), he would have stepped in and done something about it.

I wish this was still the going rate for a studio apt in Manhattan. Rents are insane for a median income worker to live there. I have also found a 500 sq ft 1 bed apt to be pretty big and would prefer one large room with good interior designs like yours
