Hi Connie. I have been told by another demonstrator on you tube that if you put a used dryer sheet between your die and your card stock you won’t have a problem with the pieces sticking. You should also be able to use the sheet a few times before it is not usable. I haven’t tried it yet. So try off camera first time.

So many good helpful ideas! Thanks! I might actually enjoy stamping now! My WRMK stamp press has been a life saver for me, in stamping inside cards. No more ruined cards! If we don't necessarily have SU sentiments, we could always stamp a page of them, leaving space between them, and then you know it will be 100%, and can tell if our dies, and punches, will fit our words and sentiments.

I keep a blanket folded just right so I just have to pull it up.

Please tell us how you store your flash cards.

My heater people will come Monday afternoon. I put a light blanket on the bed last night. Last week it was still in the high 80’s…in Texas you just never know what the weather will be like. Love the card!

This is a really clever answer to reducing bulk for mailing! Thank you! And may I say, your hair is absolutely beautiful!

I lengthen/shorten diecuts with my dies, too, with the ones I actually can. That trick with the fancy shaped dies will be helpful with nesting dies that aren't really going to fit for an even border if using the next one up.

Watching the replay in Illinois. 😊 Snowing in our area. Seems like about 2" on the back patio. Ugh!

I like finding ways to do things with what I already have, without buying Everything. I love multipurpose tools, and that includes my waterbrush. That same brush is also good for wetting a line to tear tissue and mulberry papers in a relatively straighter line. Or even a not so straight line, like along a French curve, or other templates,l. Just run the waterbrush along the template. And yes, I like using my waterbrush to paint with my inks and stamp blocks!

I need to revisit this method. I can go through my scraps first, and get a supply from scraps in these sizes before cutting up a whole sheet. Even though it's an easy way to cut them, I'm sure I have scraps I can get these flashcard layers out of. Getting of ideas!
