Ah yes this bastard this is the miniboss that gave me more trouble than anybody else. Up to this point i beat every dungeon and gaol boss either first try or at most on the third try. I took brakes to level 2 times and he still kicked my ass.

@spsawyer22 oh yeah the design is great and he has varied moves. Still annoying af to heal during the fight and every time he showed up again I felt like punching my monitor.

@@LukasJampen Pretty sure that the AI for that boss will attack/get aggressive when you quaff a flask. And if it makes you feel better I have 600+ hrs on Elden Ring, beat the game with all achievements, beat DLC, NG+ etc...and I still die a bunch to that Crucible Knight every playthrough (unless I'm over-levelling for some reason or another).

@@spsawyer22 that does make me feel better. His shield attack just has a very small window to react and yes if you use a flask but aren't enough away (in a small arena) he thrust stabs at you and the reach is pretty ridiculous. His reach is way longer than you'd expect for his thrust and tail swipe.
