Good afternoon. For this building's endwall columns, I believe we used 1/2"DIA.x6" LONG HILTI KWIK BOLT 3 with a minimum 3 1/4" embedment. Every building is custom, so the exact bolts will be specified in your packet. Hope that helps.

@Worldwidesteelbuildings83 your welcome and I'm not suggesting that all your buildings are inferior to the ones I've built from other companies but none of the metal shops I've built have ever came with osb built in, along with wood 2x6 and or 2x8 Perlins for attaching the metal to when you say metal shop or steel shop in my opinion everything should be metal then and the only time I've seen wood incorporated was as subfloor between the first and secound floor of an 30 x50 2 story type shops that have additional stories involved but never to attach the outer shell to wood just seems unnecessary to incorporate wood perlins and inferior types of wood to cut cost when we have z perlins and other ways to connect the outer shell to these types of structures with materials that are metal and less likely to rot as fast as wood! Then I have to wonder why osb unless he was trying to deaden the sound of rain or help insulated the building but down the walls is not helping deaden the sounds of rain and there's always the rolls of the thin insulation that could be added for these affects to be handled. For an rediron building it seems alright but I would rather put in an galvanized steal shop no offense just an builder/ lover of engineering and architecture. Pretty sure most steal shops weather 9nes better or not on desigh would last mutch longer then traditional structures of the same nature and much safer from fire and other sinarios

I’m building mine right now. Cost is all over the place depending on how much you can do yourself and what equipment or tools you already have. Worldwide steel does make their part of it pretty easy, but you do need to know what you’re doing and plan carefully to take advantage of the real cost savings. But so far I highly recommend it.

​​@@maness2112you're actually probably in the ball park. If you include property, well, septic, driveway, excavation, footings, cement, permits, insurance. For a 2100 sqft house. But 30x40 of that house is garage space and not considered living sqft. Actually pretty affordable if you can pay cash for the property. Normally 150k for a decent 10 acre parcel.
