Nowaday the racing cars are strong and safe than past times, and also we have technologies to make racing tracks less dangerous, like softwall used in oval tracks and betters scape areas like in the road course. If were possible to reconstruct the old Fuji Speedway track, the actual technologies could be used for make it more safe without to loss the high speed.
I swear! Anything Japanese touch, gets full of passion!

is there a practical use for such high fire rate?

CIWS, checkout the Swiss made millennium gun too, already installed in a number of navy ships. Similar concept but with 35mm ammo.

This is the Hayabusa- class missile boat. Perhaps the best of the best missile boat of the Japanese navy. Of late, they said that there is another one this Hamina- class missile boat. Any of the missile boats will do. Maybe it is time for the Philippine Navy to have a tour of its naval yard and ask some questions regarding this.
I'm playing with a radio-controlled car on the 30-degree bank, which is now a park. Even if it is a radio control, it is difficult to control the running in the bank. If you make the operation rough even a little, the car will blow away. That place is the same as the actual car. However, the good thing about radio-controlled cars is that they don't get hurt or die. My favorite machine that sticks to the bank and runs is really cool.
A machine gun is anything up to 14.5mm the biggest machine gun around is the Russian heavy mg duska fucking thingy at 14.5mm anything up from that 15mm onwards is classed as a cannon the German 15mm 151/15 mg was technically classed as a cannon 20mm orekilon cannons Even the rotory gau8 30mm avenger is classed as a cannon even with its extreme rate of fire. Machine guns are mainly for human use use a 40mm "mg" on a human and that's just cruel
Those first three turns are so long and fast with so much elevation change, I can't begin to imagine what all those forces would feel like going through that.

I wish we had gotten the intros like this in the United States but we didn’t get it till early 2000s
fun fact: the usa once build 75mm version, wasn't used because it would've been bad against fortifications

You saw Spookston's video I see. It was canceled primarily because it couldn't destroy Soviet tanks from the front with a single hit. Same thing with fortifications. It didn't have anywhere near the rate of fire of this gun, it was about 1 round a second, which is very good for a tank gun, but not so great for an autocannon. While it had great versatility, and had great elevation especially for a large caliber, its primarily role as an anti-tank weapon was dubious at best. Most tank engagements are decided with just one shot, so it not being able to defeat tanks reliably with one hit is ultimately the reason why it was canceled.
