SEC needs a 2 - 1 LSU, not a 3 - 0 Carolina. Two ints called back, one is believable, but two? 14 points negated, and it's just how things happen, right? The penalty yards almost two to one against Carolina......just how the money needed it.

Once the live ball was intercepted, possession changed and the quarterback became a defender and tackler. Bad call changed the outcome of the game.🙁

Kirk Herbstreet mentions multiple times during the broadcast that the refs were getting the jersey numbers incorrect on the penalties. Then they called out several blown calls including this one. The SEC needs to step up and investigate this crew.

Lets be clear ... they didnt even call illegal blindside block they called unsportsmanlike conduct. So they either called a penalty becuase he flexed or because they just felt he didnt have to hit the guy because its "unsportsmanlike."

They are. The penalty was called b/c the LSU QB was not involved in the play (had no chance to tackle the SC returner) and was taken off of his feet. Can’t do that in CFB.

Yeah, and the 'offense' isn't allowed to blind side block. Let's be objective for a minute. Was that 'block' even necessary? Just a reminder, the call wasn't roughing the passer or even blind side block. It was unnecessary roughness. Neither of those two were a factor in the pick return. There was no need for a hit like that.
