As an alum of the school and of the marching band, this is the kind of game we all poured our heart and soul and effort into experiencing. We weren't football players, but we felt their pain and their joy. This year has been cathartic, not because we were recognized, but because all of Gamecock Nation knows, at least this year, the Gamecocks are an elite program, and our faith and pride is not misplaced.

Defense Did it again. 3 turnovers by us. Clemsux was able to move freely between 20-20 yrd lines bybshort passes but the Defense only allowed 2 TD by the orange. This was clemsux lowest score of the year. Give Defense credit we don't get in a position to win if they don't keep them out of the endzone. USC Go Cocks. Team believes in each other and it shows.

Campbell's TD catch was exactly the same as the 2nd TD caught by OSU in the 1st half and they ruled it a TD. "He had possession before he hit the ground." But, here..."He didn't have possession after hitting the ground." WTF!?

Yeah I agree...you see people extend the ball past the goal line all the time and lose control of the ball as they fall to the ground...this is no different...he had firm control, tucked the ball underneath with one hand, elbow hits the ground and at that point he's down with possession...nothing after matters
