Guys turn into criminals and girls turn into whores. I have some NSFW song themes in my playlist but they are not role models by a long shot. I work in a place where i can't even be 5 minutes absent that supervisors will complain. I've been trying to pray but for doing so I reduce afternoon & sunset prayers to only 2 Rakat. They're incomplete. So I can quickly come back, KNOWING that this is NOT permissible. I also know that combining prayers is not recommended. Besides from simply quitting my job, what else can I do?
