My preferred circular method for small items is to use three 25cm KnitPro Zing circular needles as these have more flexibility than Flexiflips with having shorter tips and a longer, less stiff cable. Also as I have a few different sizes already [as having begun making socks with different yarns] then it only required buying two more needles per size, which turned out less expensive than Flexiflips especially with the bulk buying discounts one can find on eBay.

Thanks for the reminder. I was one of the crowd funders for this. I am a paper pattern person usually. . . .

This is one of the best colourwork talks ever! I have also read a lot on this topic. Aleks is a very talented artist and knitter. Humble, humorous, and knowlegeable as well! I participated in her workshop on Roosimine at Koigu Farm. Excellent!

I’m meandering through your website trying to choose Christmas presents for myself. The hardest part - apart from choosing - is waiting until the day to open them. Love the plan for Annual 5 and can’t wait to see the next edition. Half my family are from the UK, so seaside holidays were part of their story - as a child my mother used to ride in the home built sidecar of Grandad’s motorbike to go on picnics and trips to the coast. I’m quite envious of that.

I already got my Annual on the other side of the pond! And it’s fab! Love the paper too - has a nice rustic feel to it. And photography is very beautiful ❤

Hoping Sonja's treatments are effective and she doesn't have too many side effects. I'm so excited about Annual 4! Can't wait to make the pea pod socks (and I agree that Oddmedod is a fun color. I'll have to choose between that or Mackerel Sky). And I want to make the beret and the cowl. There are so many good designs, and y'all did amazing work on the samples!

Firstly wishing sonja strength and speed in her recovery ❤ really want to enjoy watching these vlogs but PLEASE stop the squeaky voices and whooping, and Helena , maybe try not to flap your hands and arms around so much, I guess it nerves but just dial it down a bit and the viewing will be a lot more enjoyable, take a breath….CALM 😊

Lots of love to Sonja. I hope the treatment is going well, and that she’s feeling well. Her vest is such a great design idea and will be a pleasure to knit. All the patterns are lovely and it’s great to see everything created out of a range of yarns, particularly the handspun. The embroidery is inspired - I love your projects bags. They are my favourite for sock projects. Looking forward to adding the annual, (and more projects bags, tops and yarn) to my collection, down here on the other side of the globe.

Oh wow what a great video! How come I missed it when it was released? Thank you Cinthia for answering my question from Instagram, I can't wait for the wee bunny and the dog patterns! My daughters (2 and 5) love playing with the 12 animals that I've made! We would love to expand our wooly family! Also love all the clothes and the playful aspect of the animals. Like you said, it's easy to imagine stories when there are siblings and parents and other family. So yey - looking forward to baby bunnies! Au revoir! Marina from New Zealand.

Thank you for showing the process for yarn making. How many skeins can you produce in a day? What you call a skein is called a hank here in USA.

Fabulous as always. For the third year in a row I have been able to treat myself to some virtual mill open goodness. I know that from here in Western Australia I can’t credit myself with low travel miles but I’m just over superwash yarn and all merino (which we do so well here). So I’ve decided I’m going to keep supporting my favourite mill, yarn, lady owners and designers. ❤❤🎉
