Ive been wearing lovely by SJP and Eilish to bed.

I too am self diagnosed and ever since I quit taking the pill, I began logging my periods with stardust and noticed how much my cycles were conflicting with my moods. Ive suffered since preteen years and I’m 38 now. I’m starting to take herbal supplements and change my diet. Quitting alcohol definitely helped for sure as well!

I have to declutter in stages. If I try to do too much all at once, I get overwhelmed 😅
