On watching my video back it appears the lipsticks don’t come across quite as cool on screen as they are in real life. They were still quite true to color but looked slightly warmer on screen than in person. ❤ EDIT The colors are more accurate on a laptop than phone 😊

I love wearing lipstick but i do wish that they all came in trial sizes so I can see how they look and feel on me before making a purchase for full size. Many lipsticks are just too drying, and many moisturizing lipsticks have zero staying power. And colours that should look good on me end up looking totally different than their swatches! My current favourites are Shu Uemura lipsticks, but they are super hard to find nowadays, and I hate wasting money trying other brands to try to find an alternative 😅

I love red lipstick. I have one from Mac. Marilyn Monroe definitely comes to mind when it comes to red lipstick. As a teenager, i used to wear Love that red and Revlon red by Revlon. I really enjoyed this video.

I love matte reds best on me, with a nude eye. I think a glossier red looks too overdone on me. Carolyne Bessette-Kennedy’s signature look was always an almost bare eye and a bold red lip. It was stunning.

My favorite reds are Sephora Always Red, Béseme Red, Béseme Victory, Revlon Cherries in the Snow, Dior 999, Byredo Red Armchair. I wear them for different occasions.

I would give bésame cosmetics they have wonderful vintage lipsticks and make up like they remake them to look exactly like old 1930’s, 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s make up but it’s new and modern so cute I think you’d love it. Also CT red carpet red and Dior 999 are good vintage style reds 💄💋👗😍♥️

I love a bold dramatic lip, and I will rock a red lip in broad daylight. I also will wear a deep wine/ purple in broad daylight. I always get compliments when I wear a bold lip, never on the rare occasions when I wear a nude lip.

I love red lipsticks so much but need to make sure I wear them more often in the day. If you find it a bit dark, maybe you could pat the Ruby Woo in so it applies a little more translucent?

For me I find wearing bold lipstick as a stain works really well. Or, my favourite is Mac Powder Kiss formula as it’s very muted
