Did a comparison between a Steiner Commander for $1500 and a Fujinon FMTR-SX for $800. Hands down the Japanese made Fujinon had a sharper image across the field and no distortion edge to edge. The German made Steiner was inferior in every single way except the fact that the Steiner Commander was more compact than the Fujinon's. The Commander is easily an average binocular but for $1500 it's probably the worst choice anybody could make at that pricepoint.

I’m no expert on binoculars but on a friend’s luxery yacht last week I came across the exact pair of Steiner ones showed in the video……compared to the compact Nikon pair I had with me which are great for everyday use but was chalk and cheese compared to the Steiner pair! I could not believe how good they were and couldn’t put them down! The clarity and auto focus was so crisp on these it was a pleasure to look out into the distance with and I’m looking for a pair now as I’ve now seen the light…. literally!!!! 🙌🏻

I wish you had spoken more about the focus on each eye. Are they then fixed focus binoculars or autofocus. I am looking for a comparable one to the Minox 7x50 which are fixed focus 18m to inifinity. Also what the clarity and sharpness of the Bushmells. Thanks.

Hello! Many thanks for great review. Thinking between old 2015 version of Commander 7x50c or 2023 Navigator 7x50C… Difference is in 500eur. Is Commander 2times better and worth to pay more?

Seit 1992 besitze ich das Steiner Commander Fernglas 7x50 mit Peilkompass. Es ist jedes Jahr beim Segeltörn ein "muß" und hat mich noch nie im Stich gelassen. Meine Schiffscrews reißen sich förmlich darum das Fernglas zu benutzen, leider auch um nette Ansichten an den Stränden anzusehen. Bisher gab es keinen Ausfall. Das Fernglas sollte für jeden Skipper an Bord einer Yacht sein. Die Ferngläser, die die Vercharterer anbieten sind nicht vergleichbar.

This might be a ram problem. After I replaced my ram. The issue was fixed. To confirm that it was in fact the ram. I removed the new one and put the old one back and the flickering started again. Once I replaced it with the new one. The issue disappeared. Concluding that I had a faulty ram.

How much was it to replace the mother board.. so ridiculous how this planned obsolescence is costing me more money.

This appears to be a common issue with Dell XPS 15 series. It is a shame to spend so much after a system just to keep finding the hardware being faulty. I replaced DC jack, battery and now the screen is black with no response, same as per GP productions video. One thing is for sure, never buying Dell again. Dissatisfied customer.

During a class, using power point via a projector, my screen just went blank, but the keyboard remained lighted with that blinking light between orange & white... Great video thanks. I'm now going to buy one of these kits. As steve286111 says, there is a video at kzbin.info/www/bejne/oarYdJmborKKppY which shows how the cable should be routed. However, you could place a cable tie around the cable where the cable enters the compartment. That will stop it pulling out. :)

Heat your milk last. With all the air bubbles it will cool quickly when heating first whereas the espresso won't cool as quickly if you do that first ;)

So today I was editing a video while it was rendering it , I went to have a shower and I came back downstairs and found a black screen , at first I thought it was sleeping right , but of course the second a touched the space bar my reaction was :" ho I see , so what the heck is going wrong here" I could hear the fan running so I knew it wasn't turned off , but still couldn't do anything I decided to let the battery went umpty because I couldn't even do that manually. Once the computer was out of battery I plugged it in and started and runs great and even edited 96 % of my previous video . After 2 hours the computer frozed , bleu screen came on and said something like , we found errors , we will analyze it and restart it for you , but never did. N.ow I have a black screen with the white and orange light blinking. So I decided to go on KZbin and found my answer right here, whaN.owwhy I wanted to share my experience as well by the way I bought the XPS 15 8th generation 500SSD 16G RAM not even 2 weeks ago . I guess tomorrow I'll call them . Thanks again for sharing really helpful

I've been struggling to find an affordable solution for my laptop without getting into the ubiquiti bullet (which one btw ?) + omni antenna + coax cable + router (which one btw ?) + PoE. After an unsuccessful attempt with an Alfa kit (the whole thing was grilled before I set it up) I was about to give up. I'm going to give a try to this Kuma thing now !

Good in depth review, i'm considering buying one but couldn't get my head around all of the accessories etc. I like the way you poured the coffee over the back of a t-spoon! Some of the reviews say that the water tank can leak, so for that reason I like you would fill it up with a jug or whatever to avoid wear and tear on the rubber seal

DO NOT BUY STEINER. I have a very expensive pair w Compass. Compass became green cloudy and could not be read. Sent it to STEINER, they charged 100 dollars to fix/replace the compass. No hits or damage to the Binos. For the price and fame they did NOT honor their warranty.

First product review I have seen that looks at the accuracy of the binocular compass, and asks how essential it is. The Steiner model without the compass is significantly cheaper.

Nikon alucon is better for freak

Listen bro...Steiner optics are great...they are build solid...not like Bushnell crap. But forget BOTH of them...Fujinon are the best binoculars on Earth. Google them...

Thanks for the review, the input is offset on the bottom to stop the USB connection problems. Simply use the input on the end and the cable will be 100% secure. I hope this helps

how's it working so far till this day? is it still pretty solid? no issues? any issues with coil whine or fan noise?
