Book one is well.. the start of the journey... it gets even better later... and you get to meet the boys and the witches 😌😂 🌲🐦 there is definitely romance and banter in these books together, with some teeth and one-liners .. i promise 😂 " and a rowan .." me : 🤐

I’ve seen the A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder series AND I have the trilogy. I won’t give any spoilers but I will said that I think you two will definitely enjoy them! If you two ever decide to read the trilogy, I’ll definitely reread it and listen to the episode if you decide to do it! Technically, there is a prequel book to the trilogy that’s called Kill Joy by Holly Jackson and I do have it, but in my personal opinion, I like the original trilogy is a bit more better than it and it’s definitely more addictive.

Half Blood Prince is my favorite but Prisoner of Azkaban is a close second. I just love when they go into the memories of riddle’s past. The Dune movies don’t follow the book exactly but I love the adaptations. Part Two especially!

The fact that we're reading the books at the same time 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️ Here's my take on the first 2 books... I don't like conrad. He needs therapy, I swear like dude why does he always wants to do every alone there's people around him who love him and want to help him yet he always goes into emo hero mode and pushes everyone away. Jeremiah is a golden retriever boy, like he's playful and maybe a bit immature at times but like he's still very young. No comment about Belly. As soon as I finished the 2nd book I binged the 2nd season of the TV show 🏃♀️➡️🏃♀️➡️🏃♀️➡️ it's so gooooooood, everything going on with Susanna made me sob so bad. I'm 18 but like I thought it was common sense to not act as childish and ridiculous as certain characters on the show and the books, go team laurel 🗯 I read an article about the show and it basically said that they added all those extra things that weren't on the books to make it more like TV attractive and it worked but it kinda makes the books seem so meh (?) Like people are not going to read the books after watching the show. I really need to see how the show is going to end with all those extra things they added Love your podcast ❤❤❤
