Putting effort into analysing small details and being able to tweak them concurrently. I honestly spend a lot of time watching back my training clips, referencing it to myself and people that are stronger. Having good intention with any movement you do is my way of thinking.

the specific ones I have are not available anymore I think. It was cheap dip bars from Australia. When I am able to I could measure it for you, personally they are a tad too short but useable for my height.
