I’m a young single mom (24) w a 2 year old baby girl and I definitely had post partum and didn’t realize it. The anxiety and depression and even taking care of my daughter to the best of my ability and taking it out on my daughter’s dad I can definitely relate. As a person who suffers from anxiety this really made me cry cause we live in a world where people overlook these problems and don't understand or are not compassionate. The best advice I could give to anyone who has anxiety is to stay away from mean people surround yourself with people who make you feel good and appreciate your presence. Just pick yourself up and put yourself first, show up for yourself before you show up for others and if it feels overwhelming don't do it. Lets all be kind to ourselves.
