Thank you for your comment, but I disagree, I have a 20kw DC charger at my home, it's fed with 100A vac outputs 385vdc you can see my video, we are referring to the Ford lightning charger equal to lucid, it has the CCS to prevent use in smaller car chargers,
@Evchargerfast
@Evchargerfast 2 күн бұрын
@BipoCosmo 20kw is the maximum level 2 charger. That's 80A 240v. The industry maximum is 11.5 kw, which is 48A 240v. My DC fast charger is 20kw, The DC is the fastest charger for your home, but at less efficiency, The ford lightning charger is 80A, but at 400vdc , this lucid is 80a with 800vdc so certainly the most powerful Level 2 charger
@BipoCosmo
@BipoCosmo Күн бұрын
I dig your enthusiasm. Cheers. Hope this helps: Level 2 charging sends up to 19.2Kw of AC (alternating current) power to the cars OBC (On Board Charger {an unseen electronic device inside the car}). The OBC converts the Voltage to DC (direct current) and delivers this to the BMS (Battery Management System). The BMS distributes the power as needed. L2 charging is not DC fast charging. Not in the Lightning or anything else. That would be L3 charging (DC fast charging) which plugs in to the CCS/NACS port. L1 (level 1) charging is the mobile charger (the portable one in the trunk). This uses the same port as L2 and is AC up to 2.4Kw.

I live in a old house apartment and these baseboards heaters are very expensive to run there is no insulation whatsoever in the entire building the walls feels like cold concrete all the windows are drafty no matter how much plastic you put up you will still lose heat the doors are drafty as well my electric bill was over 450 for a one bedroom I just opted out of not using them and just eventually save money to move to a better place that has insulation

You can get a small paint correction kit from auto zone. Comes with a small sanding pad and steps of sandpaper all the way to 5k grit to get tly buff those out in small stages. The bag will look new for 13$. I have used it on many small paint corrections, and I have no experience with paint corrections.

I got some of these JJN 200w panels and just tested them at 50 degrees in the slightly hazy10AM mid-November sun here in the NE. The first panel was 28.5V @ 8.16A and the second panel was 28.9V @ 8.17A. Rating: VOC is 28.1V and ISC is 9.12A. (To avoid a spark when testing amps, I covered the panel, connected the terminals and then removed the covering) Not bad! I'm happy with these. Now I'm going to make some PVC kick stands for semi-portable use.

I have electric baseboard heaters in my 1500 sqft house and my home is always toasty. My electric bill is never more than $350 which I think is good considering my reg electric bill without heat or ac is around $120. Say what you want about electric heat but they require almost No maintenance and are extremely reliable.

@@Evchargerfast the system itself overall or did it all start to fall apart after overloading it? I've seen a few folks load it up with very heavy panels and the supports are bending so I'm not sure it should be expected to work well overloaded. Not sure. I just ordered one with 1200w of panels designed for it and the price was pretty much the same price as if I ordered just 1200 watt panels. So I figured why not.. 🙃

Back in the old days there was only one size of wire, and if you needed to flow more current than the one size could handle, you just ran multiple cables in parallel. The “aught” comes from the manufactures suggestion of how many parallel cables were needed for different amperages. 150 amps or less: “1 ought to do it” 150-175 amps: “2 ought to be enough” and so on..
