Garret, 40 years an electrician I saw 4 of those little stickers! Went on numerous service call to no power but breaker is on???? Yep somewhere upstream was a tripped GFCI! (Usually in the half bath off the kitchen by the garage… lol . Better safe than sorry.😉✌️

At least you can test if you see that sticker with those plug-in gfci testers by seeing the sticker, but you're right,
