The miasma theory (also called the miasmic theory) is an abandoned medical theory that held that diseases-such as cholera, chlamydia, or the Black Death-were caused by a miasma (μίασμα, Ancient Greek for 'pollution'), a noxious form of "bad air", also known as night air. Miasma was considered to be a poisonous vapor or mist filled with particles from decomposed matter (miasmata) that caused illnesses. The miasmatic position was that diseases were the product of environmental factors such as contaminated water, foul air, and poor hygienic conditions. Such infection was not passed between individuals but would affect individuals within the locale that gave rise to such vapors. It was identifiable by its foul smell. It was also initially believed that miasmas were propagated through worms from ulcers within those affected by a plague.

Do you not need to be in an actual war situation to commit warcrimes? Everything in the academy phase is not yet the war phase, so do the rules even apply there? In the academy we are more like police are we not?

Negative, the Monastery hosts the Military Officers Academy. Meaning all deployments are considered militant. Militias would be the police equivalent in that time period, so in facing Lord Lonoto's forces you are fighting both the Gaspard Armed Forces (his military) and the Gaspard Militia (his police).

I'm just barely into this video but I will note that the Battle of the Houses is a mock battle, effectively a 15-person sparring match, and therefore not true combat or an act of warfare, so children participating would not count as a warcrime. A rule against child soldiers doesn't prohibit minors from sparring to a disarm or points

I know it may sounds weird but the rival AI and team conception is , in the code, here to counter you, the AI pick pokemon that counters your team so thats logic you face a ground type and a fire bird

Yeah, the furthest I got so far was the Normal Rayquaza in a Gen 5 Challenge run (no video or anything), and I died mostly because of poor management and the game’s RNG wasn’t giving me many Gen 5 pokemon, the last one was a Dweeble at stage 36, but I didn’t have any balls but I did get a Frillish later on, although it didn’t matter and at the time, none of my Gen 5 starters had anything special going on, so I had to do most of the run with a Facade Stoutland which I gave a Burn Orb which was both a blessing and a Curse.

You can be incapacitated. But still be too dangerous to not finish off... Especially political leaders like edlegard. She can be seen as constantly in battle even if she's winded and bested... Because she will never stop fighting... And Geneva knew this. Sometimes leaders can't stop fighting. Be cause stopping the fight just because you're hurt is betraying your people. Still loved the video.
