Is there a way to make stiff, harder type hat, softer? I’m not talking about the fit. Just the general”feel” of the upper crown.

Just bought a Mink Stetson Whippet fedora which would be in the medium brim range. Love the hat looks really good, can't beat a Stetson.

If the hat is 1 cm too big for me, what can I do?😢

I used the stretcher maybe 50 times, sometimes for days at a time, it always go back to too small. What else can I do?

What a great way to make full use of space.

People need to keep their brims down. When you push it up you look like a goofy cartoon. Push it straight or down and you are badass. I get compliments especially from ladies if it's pointed down. More 1920s gangsta or jazzy

My first fedora. It was 1964. Hats were still in style. I was 14. I had a hansom suit for Sunday Mass, but I lacked a hat. My Dad was retiring his everyday fedora it was dark gray, and didnt have any holes in the felt. I took that hat, vacuumed that hat real good. Got a strip of satin ribbon 1 1/2 wide and made a new that band. Got rid of the sweat stain. Dad bashed his own hats. Tear drop. Brim down in front, up in rear. This hat taught me how to use an old leather belt to bush the hat down to size. This also put an extra barrier against sweat. All in I looked good. Slightly big, but it worked.vI putbthat hat on, pulled the brim down in the rear, like my Grandad wore his. This bugged my Dad. This worked out for a month or so, and the oldman took me to a hat shop and bought me a propervfitting Stetson. So I had a nice dress hat, I still kept the old one for casual uses.

Is there a method where I can where the hat with the brim up or down? There are times when I want to wear the brim down, it has a tendency to snap back up. What can I do to prevent this? Thanks

My “Animal Farm Trucker hat”, has the castle logo, hologram, size of bill is accurate, but, but, inside tag: MADE IN CHINA!!! What’s up!!!!
