i'm just waiting for either the turbo to fail from the surge, or the throttle body to fail and send chunks into a runner, or catch him stuck at WOT, not running a BOV, or some pressure relief valve is stupid.

You can get a full bolt on kit for 2000 dollars, then some big turbos for 4000 or something, will easily get you to 700+hp
