Carpet throughout? Omg it’s 2024 and that’s still the norm for a $600k home?!?! No wonder homes in Tx is all the rage. $300k homes there has many more standard features.

Yes Texas is popular too but they have one of the highest property taxes in the nation, and also hurricanes and humidity ;)

Very nice ….. I lived in Vegas back in 05’ and homes like these were under $300k. It’s relative and longggggg time ago but crazy to see now. Will be moving back in the next year from SoCal so finding your videos helpful. Thank you!

I really like this model because the loft is at the top of the stairs. But i like that the plan 2654 had a bedroom downstairs, but I didn't like the loft location on that one. These are priced very well for all that you get and the sqft. Will you be showing the 1846?

Builder buys a lot of fixtures for national properties. My son bought in N San Diego 4 yrs ago & this looks familiar. He did loan with Horton , less than 3%. They also gave him $ 11,000 for closing. Nice review

This area is not really known for large backyards, I agree it's small. This area has a more urban city type housing so for people who don't want large yards.

The market ain’t gonna crash so quit dreaming. Supply/demand and tons of previous loans under 3% will not make supply get better. Plenty of good loans with tons of equity built in. This is not the 2008 crash where most loans were BS. Prices may cool off and go down maybe 10% but there’s no crash.

Some jobs are import / export, marine biology, latex sales, hand modeling, computer sales, great job as the "Assistant to the traveling secretary" for the professional baseball team, and some architecture work. This info came from local businessman Art Vandelay.

Thats a great question! Its like a lot of other cities. Theres everything really .. healthcare, small businesses, tech jobs etc. Its become real city the last 5 years, not just all about gaming and tourism.

Comfortable the price point. Love the out of the door pricing. Not so thrilled about the SID. Love that all appliances are included. And the blinds as well. Love that it is gated, but is there anything else included with the HOA fee besides being a gated community? Thank you for sharing.

Yes everything being included helps a lot with the moving process. Takes some of the stress away! HOA covers maintenance of the community landscaping as well as the gate.

They did a beautiful job with the options on this home. It's just amazing the difference it makes when they're staged. I just hate those side entrances.

This home is beautiful. Love the way they decorated. I appreciate it having that powder room downstairs, but I hate where it is located. With ppl living together to split the bill, i don't see them having a problem selling this.

So the only way out to the patio is through the primary bedroom? That's unfortunately because the primary is a private suite and I sure do not want to bring my family or friends through my primary bedroom just to reach the patio. :/
