⁠​The market ain’t gonna crash so quit dreaming. Supply/demand and tons of previous loans under 3% will not make supply get better. Plenty of good loans with tons of equity built in. This is not the 2008 crash where most loans were BS. Prices may cool off and go down maybe 10% but there’s no crash.
