Dont think the RC car was made by Kenner think it was sold under licence as here in the UK I had one and it was branded and advertised under the Matsushiro brand and came in a black box. I also had the Comtron playlet and a 1:18 Diecast K.I.T.T made by Ertle!

I had the Knight 2000 Whip Shifter when I was 6. I lost the T-bar outside of the Kiddie City where my mom bought it for me. I was playing with it and left it.

Awesome collection :) I remember my neighbour had the whip shifter KITT model in the 80's when the show was still on tv, and indeed it looked very nicely detailed and pretty accurate, well didn't care about the dent on the roof though. I also seem to recall it had soft rubber front nose. Never knew it's a Kenner toy. We played with it outside on a dirt road, replicating various KITT stunts, so it got heavily used :D

Very interesting. I am still confused though why your website "Kitt Still Rocks" has a page that states "WE" own two of the surviving five-screen used “Knight Rider” Trans Ams with one at Petersen museum when you clearly state in the video here Joe and AJ each own them from KRHO and they are completely separate from you except helping you with your current build. Your website leads one to believe that you also own those those two screen used kitts as well. Did you become a partner to KRHO or something? Thanks.

This is a long story, but in 2017, Joe became a partner of KITT STILL ROCKS & Pontiac Trans AM, which I created. After a few years, he decided to team back up with AJ and do their own thing. I, Joe, and AJ have a great relationship to this day, and if I need anything, I'm like the 3rd Historian, lol.

he start and drive kitt at 6:30 an other guy is driving with white shirt ,at end of clip he is again driving ? why drive in middle of the driving clip another guy the car ?
