Uhh love goodnotes. Btw Google has something similar to word, called Google docs. I use this to not pay for office😌

I got it 2 years ago from Türkiye from a store called „madame coco“ 🤔 I saw that they sell some stuff on amazon too but I couldn‘t find this candle holder 😓

this is real. honestly what helped me a lot was getting out and hiking when i could, and just being consistent with a sleep and eating schedule and eating healthier. around the 1-2 week mark is when i started feeling better. usually always hard in the beginning. great video

walking/hiking is soooo helpful right? also yes, building yourself a schedule brings back a routine into your life which actually makes you get up. It‘s hard yes but I‘m glad you got up again 🥰 and thank you sm for watching!
