1 one Step at a time 2 Keep it simple stay present 3 Positive mind set! Know that… Even sober life still sucks sometimes everyone even the happiest guy has bad days or periods of time accept that it’s just a day and still do what you know is important to you! Embrace boredom, meditate take the painful feeling and accept it and know that it’s only make you healthier and stronger I took Kratom and I’ve quit Nicotine and yes it takes a while but if you have to 1 believe in why you are doing it whole heartedly and hate the addiction 2 stay positive verbally tell yourself that you are doing great/ proud of yourself and anything that is meaningful 3 accept that the bad times are when the most growth is made that’s… when you overcome that then you are really making progress Lastly don’t be hard on yourself if there is a voice in your head that says “ I can’t do this” , “I’m not good enough” ect stop that thought in its tracts and say “screw that , that’s not true” and respond with a positive attitude “ I got this in the bag no one can stop me” I wish you the best! Only you can beat this and YOU are the one who can do it! Every day is day of your life so do what you need to do no matter the obstacles because that’s your damn day and no substance is gonna take that from you!
