Hang in there, 23 days is huge! like you said, its a real drawn out process. I wont lie, thats why i got back on the sh*t. i was off for almost 3 months and still didn't have my regular energy levels back. it was getting better slowly but i got impatient and slipped up.Let me be an example of what not to do.
