Hi there... my clients account was approved for google non profit but he had a previous google ads account active. Do we need to verify the advertiser as non profit before the credits are activated? There is no help anywhere.

My card is being charged and it shouldn't be how do I utilize my Goolge Ads Grant $329 a day and make sure I'm not getting charged?

Esse Ad Grants não funciona... já estou com a empresa inscrita no programa, dizem que a conta do ads já foi criada mas não consigo entrar nela de jeito nenhum, já tentei vários e-mails de administradores e nunca entra na conta... Preciso da ajuda do google, mas o suporte para esse tema é extremamente limitado.. Se alguém já tiver passado por isso e puder ajudar, agradeço.

I have to share with Google Ad Grants that I think that there is a tremendous opportunity for this area to do better. I appreciate the grant but trying to expedite it correctly is exhausting. Information provided often starts someplace in the middle than at the beginning. An example, this video starts in the middle rather than at the beginning of the process...showing us what's wrong when we can't even set up an active campaign. The rules for Google Ad Grants is different from Google Ads yet that information is not accurately provided to grantee's so that they can set up correctly. You allow individuals to go through the entire set up process on options that are not available through the grant and at no point does any of your feedback say that the option isn't available. If you try to obtain help, your system disconnects people. If you email and ask for help you are told 'use help library' or 'go to the community', which many people have already utilized and in some cases it seems that you are allowing responses from ChatGPT that are not accurate. It is amazing that you want to show case studies of nonprofits that have done this successfully but they are also the organizations that can afford to hire an advertising firm. If you want to do the most good and have a great story to tell...provide more cohesive information for those who are just starting and can really use this exposure to grow their nonprofit. 55% of nonprofits make less than $50K annually. 50% of nonprofits fail. The things that Google does for nonprofits is fantastic - but I wish they would put a little more cohesive training into the Ad Grant area.

“ if every visit to the dog shelter is worth $20, they should set the CPA to $20”- that is stupid logic. Because not every click is going to result in a visit to the dog shelter. You haven’t factored in wasted clicks, people that are just bored and kicking tires, competitors that are clicking on your ads to mess with you, people that change their mind, people that can’t make a decision… You need to figure out what your actual conversion percentage is, and what your value per lead is, and then you need to adjust your price accordingly, so that you make a profit. Whoever made this video is a clown

We are having trouble to activate ad grants in our google for non profits account: we are always getting an answer saying that we didn´t fill the form but we did. The suport pages doesn´t have content about it, only a blank space so we end up in the chat where the operator keeps saying that that channel is only for google ads e sending us links for the support pages I came from. It´s been very frustrating and we have no clue on how to proceed. I´d apreciate any help.

When will be the next webinar be?

We are so grateful to the Google Ads grant. It allows us to bring Mental Health awareness to the Latinx population. I highly recommend to any nonprofit to look into this. It is a learning curve and it is doable.
