I have a question. Because we are a online ministry we want to adress everybody in germany. It does not make sense to exclude anybody from our free offers. Is it enough to choose germany for geo targeting or do I need to select a smaller region?

I couldn't find the place to work on conversion goals and re maximizing conversions, when I tried to read about it, I kept having to click on other links to learn more about more. These are the 2 major problems I have with google ads. It takes a lot of time to do nothing and finding specific things isn't easy enough. Thank you.

Sadly, Google makes enrolling in Adgrants confusing and frustrating. Been working on it for several months without success. and there is no meaningful support or contact info. They apparently want the credit for supporting non-profits without actually giving the support hey claim to offer. Can't tell have how helpful the info available on using adwords is since I can't get Google to let me know where my enrollment is. And the comment at the end of this video about help center and contact info is bs.

This is my experience as well. Their support team is literally the worst service I've ever encountered, and I know only a handful of people who say it is useful.

Having the same problem with no support. Google Ads specials were very responsive but no support for nonprofit grant side.

Hi there... my clients account was approved for google non profit but he had a previous google ads account active. Do we need to verify the advertiser as non profit before the credits are activated? There is no help anywhere.

We are having trouble to activate ad grants in our google for non profits account: we are always getting an answer saying that we didn´t fill the form but we did. The suport pages doesn´t have content about it, only a blank space so we end up in the chat where the operator keeps saying that that channel is only for google ads e sending us links for the support pages I came from. It´s been very frustrating and we have no clue on how to proceed. I´d apreciate any help.

It can be a little confusing. Once you are approved you have to go back to first page you started to sign up and fill out another form, they will then evaluate if your website meets the requirements. If you have more then one website you will have to fill it out for each one. I hope that helps.

Quick question. It appears that I can do NONE of the Adwords setups explained in this video, using the Adwords Express service, which we are limited to using for the Google Grants program. Am I missing something?

Google Ad Grants Nope. Nothing about being ineligible. Here’s what I was trying to explain. 1) To set up adverts for our Google Ad Grants campaigns, we HAVE to use AdWords Express. 2) The video above shows features and menu/sub-menu options which are not accessible via AdWords Express. 3) I assume that these features ARE accessible via a conventional AdWords dashboard. 4) How do we optimize our Google Ad Grants campaigns, created via AdWords Express, in the way that this video suggest, when we don’t have access to these features in AdWords Express? That’s my query.

Hi Darren, you can choose to use either AdWords Express or standard AdWords campaigns for your Ad Grants account. The default choice is AdWords Express, but you can update it to the standard AdWords offering at any point. The policies above apply only to standard AdWords campaigns, not AdWords Express. Darren, call support and ask them to convert your Express account to a regular AdWords account. You will be held to higher performance standards than Express, such as 5% CTR over 60 days.

Esse Ad Grants não funciona... já estou com a empresa inscrita no programa, dizem que a conta do ads já foi criada mas não consigo entrar nela de jeito nenhum, já tentei vários e-mails de administradores e nunca entra na conta... Preciso da ajuda do google, mas o suporte para esse tema é extremamente limitado.. Se alguém já tiver passado por isso e puder ajudar, agradeço.
