@@jamaz1973 Great question! The protection pack includes a trunk liner, mats, and front and rear mudguards (the mudguards go behind the tires, if that helps clarify). You're right-the Tekna in the video, which doesn't have the alloy inserts, had just come off the transporter and hadn't been prepped yet.

@@dionnephillips7857 Unfortunately, the N-Connecta doesn't have heated seats, but it does come with a 2-way electric lumbar adjustment for the driver, which is great! You'll need to step up to the Tekna trim for heated seats.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Burnt Umber might not be everyone's taste, but it's great that Nissan offers two options with the N-design and Tekna sister grades. There's something for everyone-hopefully, one of the other choices will be more to your liking!

@@riaj_online they say it’s apart of the EU safety standards but we are not a part of the EU . The lane assist might be ok for the motorways but on little side streets it’s unsafe as you have cars parked at the sides of the roads and you have to drive down the centre . Which the lane assist wants to move you back over into the cars . Not just on Nissans on most new cars

@@Terrapin519 Yes, it became a regulation in July/August, but we’ve made it easy to switch off the settings you don’t want with just two button presses on the steering wheel.

@@robbieyoung690 I understand your point, but it really depends on how frequently you plan to use it. I’d be happy to take you on a test drive and show you how I can use the system for over 50% of the drive since I’m familiar with it and most roads here have a speed limit of 30-50 mph. The system is excellent for following traffic at speeds below 45 mph, but I agree-ProPilot really shines at speeds above 45 mph.

ProPilot 2.0, classed as level 3 autonomous capability which allows for full hands-off driving, is already available in regions outside of the UK. However, the UK government is making progress towards integrating self-driving vehicles, as outlined in the King's Speech this year. @@darrenmorgan7761 Out of every 10 people, I’d say 3 bring it up as a concern, but 2 of those usually decide to go with it in the end. Personally, I’m still considering whether to part-ex my X-Trail for it. Initially, I was against the idea, but it's really grown on me-it feels and looks like a quality material. The N-Design interior is also an option if you’re okay with missing a few of the Tekna’s features, many of which competitors at this price point don’t offer either.

@@blb2022 Thank you for the feedback and comment! The key here is to get yourself to a dealership and test drive a Tekna. Take 10 minutes beforehand to set things up exactly how you like, then during the test drive, focus on the drive once you are done think about what features you’re missing and how important they are to you. The 2024 Tekna has seen huge improvements over last year’s model, so it’s definitely worth checking out!

I've noticed by watching your video that the new Tekna has got the heads up display and heated electric memory seats with electronic lumber support which is great for me and to be honest the massage function that's missing on this model wasn't that great in my opinion. I think the 19 inch wheels will give me a better ride quality then the 20-inch which I have at the moment and I can live without the multi-link suspension. The E power setup sounds great also the auto pro parking which I haven't got my current Tekna+ 😁. Cheers 👍

Hi Harry! Sorry, I didn’t realize my previous response didn’t go through! The Juke Acenta Premium October 2024 model doesn’t come with electric folding mirrors-they’re manual. But you do get a leather-wrapped steering wheel, which is a nice bonus! You’ll also lose the built-in satnav, but still keep wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. If you add the Comfort Pack (£350), it includes: - Automatic climate control - Rain-sensing wipers - Heated front seats - Heated & auto-folding mirrors Hope that helps!

@@mahmoodiqbal6666 You really should take one for a test drive. Has your dealer not offered you a chance yet? The key is to make the most of the mild hybrid system. I never used eco mode in mine, and when I passed it on to its new owner, I was averaging 38mpg. With less climate control use and more eco mode, I could have easily hit over 40mpg. Your test drive should be around 45 minutes, ideally on a route that combines town and highway speeds, similar to your usual driving. If you're nearby, I’d be happy to take you out for a drive-just let me know in advance before you stop by.

For instance, this Qashqai is designed and built in the UK, and when it’s shipped to other countries, it often comes with territory-specific changes to the drivetrain and specifications. Nissan recently announced the new Patrol (check it out here: kzbin.infooX_EM-ABH5k?si=Hh58XGFl_wscy1JM&t=2688), which I would have loved to feature on the channel. However, with its 3.5-liter V6 turbo petrol engine, would it sell in the volumes Nissan would hope for in the UK? Like you mentioned, the Patrol is better suited for markets where its increased ride height, massive torquey engine, AWD system, and even the underfloor sealing are more in demand. Plus, there are the fines manufacturers face in Europe and the UK for selling CO2-emitting vehicles. I really believe the 1.3 and 1.5 e-Power options offer reliable, practical drivetrain choices for their target markets, but I have to admit, I'm still a bit jealous of the new 2025 Patrol!

The Juke Acenta Premium has undergone more spec changes than any other model in the range over the last few months. I believe Nissan is trying to offer the best value while keeping prices down. The night before this vehicle was due to be handed over, I noticed something odd: why did it have electric folding mirrors? I checked the latest August price guide, and while the price matched, the spec had changed. The August orders now include a leather-wrapped steering wheel but no folding mirrors; those are now part of an optional comfort pack. This discovery kept me up until 2 a.m., with a customer arriving at 10:30 a.m. to collect their car. As it turned out, our customer got lucky. When she placed her order in May 2024, the spec matched the vehicle in the video. However, even she wasn’t expecting the folding mirrors or the sat nav-just Android Auto and CarPlay, as we had based everything on the showroom car and the brochure available at the time. For the latest specs, always contact your local dealer. However, if it's a pipeline vehicle-something the dealer or Nissan put into production before the spec change-it might match the dealer's original description. I feel like they gimped it in a few ways, but that’s another story. Anyway the car she will be ordering will be the exact same model as you (Connecta) with the same wheels. We test drove it, fantastic car….she loved it, I can see why you love it too. She wanted to dip her toes into a hybrid and also an automatic. She is undecided now only about the colour. She had Pearl white, silver and gunmetal shortlisted. My favourite was gunmetal. So now I can persuade her how it looks (they did not have this colour at the garage to show her). The wider screens, wireless charger, and wireless CarPlay are fantastic additions. Plus, the locking and unlocking features are a great convenience.

This one is Gunmetal, and in my opinion, Blade Silver has never looked better. The contrast between the brushed silver accents and the bodywork is just right.
