Once a week is fine, helping the body flush lactic acid more efficiently. Your muscles are your metabolism and they will be responsible for burning fat instead of running every day with the risk of losing muscle. Your bones also need both compressive force and resistance force

I'm 43 and never taken anything and I've never been stronger or in better shape. I did things right. At 22 i started lifting and stuck to the routine i made. I got 30 lbs in the first two years. I then got another 5 by 27 and maintained that base of 30 lbs until age 33 when I broke my back and then I stopped lifting completely until age 39. I had lost all 7 of the 30 lbs I had from lifting but I was leaner than ever and still looking cut and trim. In my 40th year I regained it all back by month 6 and then surpassed my peak weight of 169 over thos last year by reaching 175. I am thinking about doing something but I know that I have some ways to go before I will need it..its good to know that its an option but why rush it? Ill wait and see what I can do before I'm 50

So if otherwise healthy people/lean people have such a high LDL response, does that mean this is the healthy reaction to a low carb diet? Or the other way around: Should overweight/obese people have a similar reaction, but for some reason cannot? Maybe there is a correlation between a low LDL reaction and obesety ? Maybe an inhibited ability to metabolize fat?
@CptApplestrudlКүн бұрын
Careful with assumptions about what people read into your studies. "Oreos lower your cholesterol" would be really easy to take from your experiment.

There is nothing super special about zone 2. The main benefit is that it allows for you to generate large volumes of training, without building excessive fatigue. That’s really it

I was on it for a year. I stopped when my divorce started. I maintained my health for 3 years . About 6 months ago i started feeling bad and i couldn't heal from a back injury. I gained 20 pounds and nothing is working to get rid of it. I had labs ran the other day so i can see if i need to go back on TRT.

Problem with zone2 is that its excercise and not just regular activity. Pay someone to do your zone2 stuff, so you can pay to get your zone2 exercise. Mind boggling

I’d like to see Greg put his theory to the test against the exact opposite of his theory. Corbe vs Wiltse would be a cool test. Wiltse drills 10k reps to perfect a move, something Greg continuously says is useless.

That is super impressive, but that’s not an old man test.😂😂😂 I know Dude’s an absolutely fantastic shape who can’t do that. They could absolutely train for it and do it eventually, but inherently that’s not a good metrics.

"Pick up the cup." Do I have to tell you what grip? How many steps to get there? How much do you turn your body? What angle of your arm? No, that would be stupid. you just understand the task and organize your movements. No one taught you to pick up a cup. But you can pick up a variety of cups in a variety of places and you dont consciously think about it.

They can cause virilization or masculinization in women. They can start the development of male characteristics. This includes the growth of excess hair in a male-like pattern, deepening of the voice, but also growth of the clitoris. It basically turns it into a tiny penis. There's nude pictures of Chyna from WWE online and you can see an example of what happens.

This is amazing content and the Games/ECO/CLA approach is critical for the traditionalist to achieve quantum leaps in their skill acquisition. Doing a form of it since the 80’s. As I approach 60 and have witnessed so many good and bad developments in the athletic and sports combat fields, I can’t help to stay motivated and excited to keep learning. But you should always ask yourself: if I ever needed heart or brain surgery, would I want my doctor to have trained ecologically… or through the traditional methods of medicine in a medical university 🙂

When u start to pant it because of the raising carbon dioxide level the mechanical reason is because the diaphragm is tired and can't properly inhale Change over to nose-mouth breathing to give the diaphragm time to recover and start again .When u hum u hum to a tune u like and u get much better oxygen transfer and in a month u will see better performance doing the nasal and nasal- mouth breathing in intevals

How much oxygen is used at maximum intensity does the oxygen leaving the body reduce to 14 percent or under.if the oxygen saturation level goes below 94 percent the heart rate starts to rise I don't hear anything about breathing more effectively and controlling the carbon dioxide responses

I've struggled with oxycontin addition for 20 years and methadone was my only option when I was on probation. The methadone years ago got u just as high and it made things worse. Now several clinics use a new formula that is horrible. Anyway I wish I had the courage to use ibogaine. Maybe I'll try micro dosing. I just want to be free of everything. But the LORD tests everyone in different ways and may GOD grant me Afiyah, and help me overcome my addiction.
