I like a 18 - 20 hour fast daily with a 4 to 6 hour window of eating and Saturday and Sunday eat whatever to spike my metabolism.

For all people who struggle with lower back pain I would also recommend doing strength exercises for your psoas and stretching your hip muscles. The psoas is directly attached to the lower spine and especially before heavy lifts it is important to "open" your hips and back.

When i COULD use ibuprofen i would only use it for nasty headaches or female problems during that time. Now the stuff is too dangerous for me to use, simply due to one of the side effects. Since im not a doctor or pharmacist i wont fo into what that side effect is, but i will say googling it or asking your doc or pharmacist yourself should give the answers on adverse side effects. Lets just say the last time i used ibuprofen, within minutes i was put in a state that landed me in the ER and my pharmacist later told me to never take it again because thats likely what put me in .... PS, i had only taken one tablet, when the recommendation is one or two, so i basically only half dosed

Inflammation causes damage to collagen. Ibuprofen helps prevent further destruction of collagen if taken following injury, by reducing the inflammation. Once the inflammation has subsided (usually within the first few days after the injury), if no further injury has taken place which could reinflame the damaged area, no nsaid is needed and healing can take place, you fundamentalist, thinly veiled prescription opiate peddler.

I’m 41 and had my testosterone checked back in April. My level was at 23ng/dl(complete shutdown).. Worst feeling I’ve ever experienced in my life and never wanna go back to that. On trt now and my testosterone hovers around 950-1000 now. 45lbs lighter, no depression, no high blood pressure, no brain fog and my 🍆works again. Don’t care what anyone thinks about me taking steroids because it gave me a new lease on life. Btw, I work outside daily, and always very active. I blame the amount of chemicals and hormones they’re putting in our food for the reason so many men are on hrt/trt. Can’t put that much bs in the food without adverse effects. Think about it, how do 12-13 year old girls look like they’re 19-21?? Wasn’t like that when I was young.

27:53 I’ve been following a very similar diet for the last 10 weeks or so minus the 42 hour fasting. I find instead of fueling with carb drinks, fueling with maple syrup or dates around my more intense workouts is very helpful too! Literally just take them to the dome. You get lots of concentrated carbs without a whole meal sitting in your stomach.

Mark im no scientist but fasting and getting no protein ( bone broth doesn’t count) is a helluva a good way to burn up muscle. There’s a reason bodybuilders don’t frequently fast. Good for longevity, hell yeah but your 100% loosing tissue despite pinning your ass 😝 dudes can melt away on prep without even fasting and eating 300-500 grams protein a day

I do not recommend using it. I used it for years, after abusing prescription Codiene. It helped me stop the withdrawals but the withdrawals are just as bad as Codiene. People who would be using. Fentanyl or other strong opiates are in a different class and should be using it daily if they are still at risk for relapse. I don’t regret using it, I regret using it for the many years that I have.

Not natty?! Come on people! Took the man 5 years, angles, air brushing, and a single photo shoot to look the way he did in the picture difference. He probably had good genetics as well, but never realized it because he spent a good portion of his youth fat. Lol. This was a fun watch. I’m sure anyone who puts in work that long maybe won’t look exactly like this but definitely will see DRASTIC results WITHOUT PEDs. Lol

Power cleans have really helped me improve my explosiveness in other lifts. It's amazing how much they carry over to my squats and deadlifts.

Love the alternate take to uncle Jack. I am reluctant to go for the expensive light devices but I am totally for sun and cold exposure and that trade off is very interesting to me. Basically comparing the intense brightness of natural light, I doubt expensive devices can equal that power!
