I have a question about barcodes. I purchased Bella Terra eyeliner and when you opened up the bag to check out my purchase, the eye liner was completely dry and empty. I tried looking up the bar code for an expiration date but has no luck. How do I look up the barcode and how do I know it is a legitimate Bella Terra product?

Hello Arianna, I came across your video and wanted to get your take on the following statement " Eye cream that nourishes and brightens for a youthful glow" My understanding is that the term “drug” means “Articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure of any function of the body of man or other animals”. Where as a "cosmetic" is a product, except soap, intended to be applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness or altering the appearance. I was told by our local public health authorities in Guam (U.S. Territory) that the claim is a drug because it affects the structure function of the body. But my interpretation of the statement of "nourish and brightens for a youthful glow" is more so claiming to promote attractiveness or altering appearance. What is your take on this statement?
