Yes, but these Haitian "police"are actually American funded KENYAN police. They were essentially sent over as death squads. The "gangs"in haiti were indeed at one point your standard gangs EXCEPT The weaponry gear and money the gangs used were funded and provided by rich white oligarch types and Haitian oligarchs... At some point, the man they accuse of false cannibalism, barbecue as he is known colloqui, brought as many of the gangs together as he could realizing that they were living essentially in a state of oppression, disease, filth, and their society could never grow because they were constantly being paid to form seemingly opposing gangs that would fight each other openly thus keeping it sort of in a fallout style dystopian hellscape in Haiti, and when the one man who never ate a person figured it out, huge disinformation campaign was put out against them. As far as the so-called police go, in Kenya without going into a huge history lesson here, it was pretty standard practice to hunt down political dissidents with what they call police, many or most of the police sent over even have their own criminal records, and the best assurances the people of Haiti were given were that none of them had more than three charges on their record..lol you can't make this stuff up... Anyway, there's a full documentary currently being made about all of this, not a two or three hour documentary, a series of two or three hour documentaries by men who have lived among these people for the last year or so. Just like everything, even the subtle language of a story serves to solidify the story and the overall desired narrative among the people. Even this little local news channel story here. What are the ultimate goals with Haiti? Not sure, but it does seem like they definitely don't want a populist revolution to happen there. Funny all the Clinton dealings that have been documented throughout the last couple of decades in Haiti. if she was coming upon a slower car and had to swerve to avoid it then she obviously either didnt see it earlier (she was distracted) or it moved into her lane abruptly (because of the move-over law) or it slowed abruptly, possibly thinking the officers were running radar. if the lady didnt see it earlier and just suddenly came upon it then she was possibly distracted in some manner. she was driving faster than the car in front of her or the car suddenly slowed. would be great if there was a freeway camera that saw the incident.
