There is no reason to wrap the roll in plastic wrap to cut it after you roll it, the rolling process, when done propertly should never give you the need to do this. A sharp knife is all you need if you rolled it correctly. Waste of plastic wrap and time!

I have looked at so many recipes where the squash was incorporated into the sauce, which to me, melts into the background of the flavor. I am going to make this one, where the squash is really featured. It looks creamy, delicious and a filling Thanksgiving recipe. Thank you.

Personally I wouldn't add any salt. You always want to control your salt in any recipe. So, not adding any salt..

I like to add grated Parmesan on the top of the casserole also. I’ve tried the dry Dirky onions also instead of the almonds. I’m making this now as I am commenting lol.

You should not be doing 100% olive oil! That is way too pungent, it should be less than half olive oil - and the rest a neutral oil.

I have a question. Could falafels be made into? I'm thinking more of a hot dog form so when you put it inside the Falafel wrap the wrap doesn't break because most of the companies that have flawful wrap sandwiches. I bring my Falafel home and the suckers broken right in the middle because they cooked the Falafel too long. I even tried telling him not to cook it for too long. It breaks the bread. Some of these people that make this stuff think that I'm talking out of my my butt and it doesn't seem like that. They know what they're doing. Some of the places will actually listen to me. Some places will not and I get more of the people that don't want to take any of the consideration, but I'm thinking that you would actually be more better for something like that because it's coming from something that has experience doing Falafel. Just the question that's all. If it's something that you don't think that would be good, don't bother replying. Thank you

I saw the title of this video and assumed it was a joke, but it isn't Notice how vegan foods are meant to replace the taste of meat. You never see any meats that claim to taste like non-meat. Why is that?

🍇 Coq au Vin ( Chicken and wine) 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp butter ¼ lb bacon, diced 3-4 lbs chicken thighs Salt Black pepper Simmer ingredients: 2 carrots, cut diagonally in 1-inch pieces 1 yellow onion, sliced 6 cloves garlic, smashed ½ lb mushrooms, quartered 1/2 cup dry red wine 1 cups chicken stock 1 tsp thyme 2 tbsp flour 1 tsp parsley Heat the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large Dutch oven. Add the bacon and cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove the bacon to a plate with a slotted spoon. Meanwhile, lay the chicken out on paper towels and pat dry. Liberally season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. In the Dutch oven, brown the chicken in batches in a single layer until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Remove the chicken to the plate with the bacon and continue to brown until all the chicken is done. Set aside. Add the carrots and onions to the pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the onions are lightly browned. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add the wine to deglaze all the crispy brown bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. Then add the chicken stock, thyme, bacon, chicken, flour and any juices that collected on the plate into the pot. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Cover the pot with a lid and place in the oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour.

you 'quartered' a chicken into 6 pieces. and your hands are a mess (fingers are lucky to still be attracted to your left hand; right hand has zero ciontrol). next time use a knife you can handle. this entire thing was uncomfortable to watch.
