Jalandhar was lagged in development in comparison with Amritsar and Ludhiana for almost 13-14 years but now it's Time for Jalandhar to witness some development. Many malls, Hotels , Housing and commercial are coming because it had to happen. Amritsar built a huge mall name trillium 10 years ago and right now no upcoming mall coming there because trillium is already 80% empty. So it's Jalandhar who did not have such development but now it will get for 8-10 years atleast

Amritsar is known for its traditional markets and tourism. Amritsar is growing immensely when it comes to hospitality, be it, hotels or restaurants. But also growing in real estate, such as housing and commercial space for offices and retail.

Jalandhar is growing for sure and pretty fast. Mainly because of the location in upper Punjab and expressways that are being build.

Kyu jammu mein enter ho k kya saap sung jata tumko ,waha nhi kehta ja k jamu ki sarkar road ache nhi bna rahi ,,punjab gov k lund pai to bohat charta hai ,,delhi katra to punjab mein bhi ban raha hai laiken waha k side line road to mast hai sab ,,jamu mein sab khrab hai ,,
