It’s been 3 yrs since I’ve lost myself. So I gained weight.💔1 mnt ago I began Zumba classes n I m drenched when I’m finished. The feeling i get it’s (Good Job on your way back to 130- I’m 5’3 imagine any extra weight is bad. All the negative that comes with it considering I’ve never weight past 135 so I’m thinking of joining a gym tomorrow. Good for you working hard always pays off. On my way to my usual self.

We boil ours in coconut milk, coconut milk is naturally sweet, so no sugar is needed. I add some salt in the milk to bring out the sweetness of both corn and milk.❤
