If you want to start being healthy and you don't have much time. What should you do? Start with a healthy diet change vs Exercise? Start where you are. Do the best you can where you are today. If you can want to start by drinking start, go for it. If you want to start by walking, do it. Most importantly is that you get started on your health journey. #health #fitness #eatinghealthy

Diet is more important for weight loss, but exercise may have more tangible benefits in terms of cardiovascular health, cognitive function, bone density and muscular health especially as we age.
