Yeah sure thing! They're not complete chords but instead "double stops". So it's just two note "dyads". Since they're only two notes each, I'll give you the notes (lowest note first). The first on is C-F. The original guitarist plays this double stop at the 10th fret of the D and G strings. Now because he always plays F, you can keep playing that note at that fret. The 2nd double stop is B-F where you move the lower note down just 1 fret to the 9th fret of the D string. The 3rd double stop is Bb-F. The final double stop is D-F. Does that help? I think playing it up on the 10th fret is a lot easier than how I did it - especially on an electric guitar.

Thanks. I think that's the original artist. I believe "Current Joys" is a band that covered the song, maybe? I just respond to various requests to transcribe stuff that come from random videos. I'm not familiar with these bands.
