The majority of these snacks are from Trinidad & Tobago. We export a lot of our foods to the other islands in the Caribbean

i love a good medium rare/rare+ ribeye myself, but the fat renders nicer at around 135F, adding a burst of flavor to the still tender ribeye

Normally the sprinkles are eaten with butter on the bread. Wgtmtmtg butter it fals off and the taste is less
