I know this video has been like a year already, but i just started playing house flipper. The workshop items can they be trusted? Even those with 0 stars?

I'd say so yeah, I've not had an issue with any of them from Steam and I have a lot, some have ratings others don't. The only issues I've ran into is if the uploader removes it then it's removed from your game if you have placed it at all. Hope you're enjoying the game!

I have been avoiding Sandbox Mode since the game came out. Now you've inspired me to give it a second go. Thanks! I tried it and it seems to be working. I haven't moved it back to story mode yet, but I'm guessing that once you sell the house in story mode, it will be available to buy again. I picked a house I don't particularly care about to try it on.

I hope you enjoy messing around with sandbox mode! Yeah you should be able to buy any home again once sold but it's weird as you need to buy it from the sold section.

I bought a house, but it's not in my files, and there's no current date where I can see that I just bought one. The files only show the old houses from last year.

Thank you for this video. You explained it really well.💗 So now I can buy a house in story mode to renovate it in the sandbox. Then I bring the house back into story mode to sell it. Is that right?

Thank you! 😊 Yeah once they are back into story mode you can sell them, but it won't give you much money as the game thinks you have not bought or sold any items from the home, you can of course sell items you have placed from sandbox mode in story mode, something to bare in mind if selling properties is something you want to do.

Thank you so much for this video! In theory, you could buy a house, copy it to sandbox, and then tear it down and build a custom house. I don’t like the jobs either. I just do enough to get credit. I am going to try this!

Thank you so much! I have a tendency to forget the fridge when initially making kitchens haha but I did put a counter one in, when I go back and do some kitchen clutter I show it at 2:11:00 😊

I might do but you can also copy homes to sandbox mode after you sell them, once you sell a property you should get an option at the bottom asking if you want to copy to sandbox mode, the only crux with that is you need to sell the home before getting the option to put it in sandbox mode ^^

Thank you so much! 😊I can't get enough of smaller cosy builds haha. Yeah there is a suburbs map with snow along with the original one without snow but I believe you can just add snow to the ground of any map (at least for sandbox mode) ^^

In the first game, I saw small items that I did not have, or rather were installed later with the mod. For example, detergents, kitchen utensils and more. On PC you can use Steam Workshop items, that's what a lot of the little items are, I do have a link in the description for some of the items I use but there are so many to choose from. It's definitely worth browsing the steam workshop if you're playing on PC ^^

good job. fantastic house.. just a tip when doing the plug sockets near the floor, they need to go up a bit cause a plug wouldnt be able to be plugged in cause the socket is very close to the floor.

I love the new stuff, but I wish you could actually ride the sleigh. I'm still waiting for empty lots too. It would be so cool if you could create a house with snow in story mode. I noticed something new when I sold a house after the update. It asked me if I wanted to copy it to sandbox mode. I'm going to play with that idea. I was also a little surprised that their new letter balloons don't include the letter 'Q' but they are cute.

That would be really cool! I never noticed that about the balloons I had a quick look and you're right, hopefully they add it soon I can't imagine it was missed out on purpose. That's awesome they let you copy it to sandbox mode, that will definitely make it easier :)
