Im feeling like people around me are smarter than me right now. Ive tried soooo much, taurine, glycine, omega 3 higher doses, collagen, nmn, tmg, aloooot of supplements. Coq10. Even Ive tried so much. Have tried vegan, carnivore, I dont feel like anything is working. Gonna try to do more fasting but Ive been so hungry. Cut down on coffee too, to only one cup daily. I feel Ive done so much. Some days I feel like Im going into an psycosis but I think its my twinflame awakening. Cause he told me he had high bloodpressure. I had that too when I started awakening. But I dont know….

thank you LIZ. this week i had a very special event happen. (btw, my TF and I seem to not be in communication following me sharing a clairaudience- my first- message i received about his health- which was a good msg really, but TF didnt appreciate the woo woo stuff- so i am trying to learn from this blockage - how does his reaction mirror my life & give him some space to process ).... so i get into bed , dog jumps up.... we (dog and I) are all set, ready for the ZZZZs and i look over my shoulder and there was a radiant light blue man, looking over my shoulder as if he was looking into at a baby in a crib ..... WOW... i thought.... thats an angel... wo! what do i do?... well, i should be grateful... so i thanked him for his/their help in getting me this far and thanks for popping in (to my room now) and well, i guess i should state my aims/wishes/wants.... of course i started with, please help me get closer communication with my TF and well, i cant remember the other two things i asked for before i fell asleep, i guess love / understanding / communication with my family - close and extended, and my career success. lol. At some point i thought ....i KNEW i had angels helping me and NOW i can see them. this is fantastic. 😇💚
