This really resonates today Liz. I had to let go of my twin in the 3D yesterday, because I was pouring everything in my cup out for them to support them through their relationship with the karmic, and I can't do it any more so had to detach for my own good. It's not to make them 'see', I just can't do it and need to give to myself. They have expected me to be there and it has hurt, so removing myself was all I could do. You're right, they have to learn for themselves ❤

I attracted a narsisist last year that almost killed me (he made so much drama) Im keeping alot to myself cause I feel safer not to be around people to much, its like I just wanna be with my kids, cause that is the safest place.

Im feeling like people around me are smarter than me right now. Ive tried soooo much, taurine, glycine, omega 3 higher doses, collagen, nmn, tmg, aloooot of supplements. Coq10. Even Ive tried so much. Have tried vegan, carnivore, I dont feel like anything is working. Gonna try to do more fasting but Ive been so hungry. Cut down on coffee too, to only one cup daily. I feel Ive done so much. Some days I feel like Im going into an psycosis but I think its my twinflame awakening. Cause he told me he had high bloodpressure. I had that too when I started awakening. But I dont know….

My twinflame looks tired also, I guess he has alot in his life maybe that helps him awaken. I dont actually care anymore Im focusing only on me and my kids.
