@@foldergluertraining I would have sped up my folding belts ...moved the left leather roller over by the right one...put a brush to slightly hold the left side so it won't pull too far forward...also put your right leather roller down to stop the right side from pulling the flap forward....it just looks like your glue flap isn't squared and probably got a big off fold

You're the man, you know your stuff ! Great suggestions!! I would love to speed up the belts but on this machine it wasn't working properly. We inspect all boxes that we pack and everything we pack was acceptable, box was fully functional, thanks for commenting let's try to help everyone who have these issues.

I've been gluing since 2001...plus my dad's been doing it since 1974... Gotta a little knowledge lol...yeah looks like you running Heidelberg...crap machine....we got a brand new one here and it sucks big time....I love my bobst ...alpina or masterfold ..can't go wrong

the lead operator at your shop could show you how to run the machine... my videos give you basic ideas how to run jobs. every machine is different, but all have the same concept.

what's the purpose of the twisted stacking? To get the glue flap to tuck in square?

To help with stacking. Try it sometime when your having a hard time with stacking. ( I didn’t want to under stack) I could of use air but this worked.

Hot melt have a great bond. Depending on job requirements skive the carton and then apply cold glue.
