I never get sick of watching your amazing progression and transformation - especially that SENIOR YEAR BULK-UP!! You literally transformed from a skinny boy to a man in this compilation. It's been decades since my High School, "glory", and I so wish that I had a similar record of my own progress and metamorphosis into the, "HULK"! Anyhow, thank you for sharing this, as it really makes me think back on some hard work and good times too.

About what was his lifts by the end? Also what are the biggest/most important points to focus on in the discus full spin.
@throwrightfarhappensАй бұрын
315 Bench, 405 Back Squat, 335 Front Squat, 285 Clean, 195 Snatch, 245 Push Jerk, 495 Deadlift, and I think a few of the most important points to focus on are: getting around the left side with good balance out the back of the ring, staying over the right side in the middle of the ring, and proper orbit for discus---throws university on youtube and instagram has good videos I recommend checking them out!

Do you think plywood that's 1/4 would work

Possibly, but I think it would be more susceptible to bending/warping and it would have an greater chance of sliding across the ground if not weighed down in the front

Stop watching your disc and watch the clouds. You can do this by disconnecting your chin level from your shoulder level. Look up farther when your last step is planted.
