This is a very good design but to strengthen the power of pushing up, the satellite magnets need to be placed in a spinning cone shaped plate, that are pointing upwards and is placed ontop. The cone shaped spinning plate plays a very important role when it comes to 3 dimensional thinking and designing an 'upthrust' or moving 'forward' object - There should also be another twin below the craft, that spins in the opposite direction. The top and bottom cones should have a MOSFET off/on switch circuit, which is connected to only the force that is pushing sideways of the electromagnets so when everytime it turns off and on it will create tiny but million bits of upward thrust. The magnets should be arranged in such a way that they are not only pushing upwards but also seperately pushing sideways. Pushing sidways is also a key to making the craft stay at one place without moving up or down. That is why we see ufo crafts moving in sharp quick upward, downward or sideways. I think that some of my devices after improvements could really work. Precision is valuable in this case. Of course, i will do this if I manage to find money for my inventions. I think that there are two possibilities which are keeping outside of solving problem of inertial propulsion the wealthy people or rich entrepreneurs and none of them is related to physical impossibilities of inertial propulsion only to their own vision of the world or their internal premonitions which is telling them that inertial propulsion is colliding with laws of physics while it is not colliding with those laws, only with their own predictions. when you are to dig into excess electricity type of machines, all I suggest is, use a motor that have thick wires, when you use a generator that's got thin wires, it needs less torque to get spun at any specified rpm that can power back the motor that spins it.
