If it's not RA, who is the real killer? That younger man that people saw who was taller, muscular, had sort of bushy or curly hair of whom the artist made the second illustration? Who else could it be? The older man in the first illustration with a flat cap and an older face, with sort of wide-set eyes? As far as I know, there were only two men (besides RA) walking alone on the bridge that day during that time.

Coming from Denmark, Europe might be the reason for being so confused on how different people who have been inside the court room - decribe and observe everything in this tragic. This being reporters, lawyers, journalists. I dont think of the raw facts, or the narrative of fact - but all the other stuff around this case. Its like its two different narratives, being decribed.

Thank you, Lee! You are an excellent law instructor. If another killer did this, surely he/they will strike again - that's almost a given, isn't it? So we must look vigilantly toward the future to be on the lookout or watch for this person - but this is a scary way to live. I do believe the jury made the right decision, but for those who disagree, I feel disheartened that they will be still filled with fear about another attack in the future.

Including KZbinrs as media can be tricky. You have a particular expertise that is credible because of your background as an attorney. It would be difficult for the court to make determinations about widening the definition of media because that could include conspiracy theorists and nut job KZbinrs as well.
